Nether City. The setting is the all too hum deprived-depraved life of those trapped in the urban slums. In this Nether City, life continues in its own unique manifestations – many times virtually obscene. Nether City’s people in their actions and pronouncements form the architectural patterns which create the music of the musicians: each of the improvisors becomes voyeur, participant and commentator on these darker sides of life.
